The hotel is very conveniently located and the staff at the reception was very friendly, making check-in and check-out a breeze. , the room had a TV and air conditioning which added to our overall experience.
Sadly, our experience was mostly negative. when we tried to adjust the temperature in the middle of the night the AC remote was not working and there was no number provided to call the reception for assistance.

It was near to many restaurants and shops. the reception staff were friendly and welcoming. the breakfast had a selection of poorimasala and coffee was also available.
On my first night, I had trouble with the AC remote which was not working. It wasn't fixed properly as the lavatory was not cleaned correctly.
